Renaming Custom Mix CD's in Windows Media 11?

I bought music from Urge and need to move it to my Zune. So I ripped them from Media Player 11 to CD. On the Zune software side, I want to move each single song into the appropriate artist and such and have the album art download. If I try to rip it, it goes into an album of various artists, I can never seem to change the album art for one song without affecting EVERY song that was on the original ripped CD. How do I do this?
