How do i transfer my itunes music library to a new computer and still keep my track names and album art?

none of my music was bought with itunes. most is downloaded or cds. i know where all my music files are on my computer so thats not a problem.



the problem is most of the songs i downloaded were named wrong in the file so i had to change them on itunes. how can i transfer them without having to go back through and renaming them all and reloading the album art? I have thousands of songs so its a big deal to go back and do them one by one.How do i transfer my itunes music library to a new computer and still keep my track names and album art?Itunes blocks this function since itunes is the tool with one way to transfer files from itune to ipod. you must utilize other tools to achieve that. or, even though it sounds stupid and not worth it,

buy the songs all over again from itunes.

for your album art, google the album name under images and save them. it's really confusing, and i can't really explain it as thorough as i'd like to.
