How do i add album art to a music folder on windows vista?

i just converted to vista and now i understand why people complain about it; there are so many little annoyances which feel like a step backwards. well, i was wondering if there's a trick to add an album photo to a folder in windows explorer when viewed with large icons?

typically in xp, u just right click -%26gt; properties -%26gt; customize-%26gt; choose file. it's that easy. for some reason, it's not working on vista

here's the weird thing. if u create a new folder without changing the folder icon, it'll work. of course, i copied all my files from an external hard drive so it'd be a pain to recreate all these album folders (which i did modify the icon pic).

any help would be appreciated! thanks. How do i add album art to a music folder on windows vista?Just like you said right click, properties, customize, click the choose file box under folder picture, select the album art file that is in the album folder(usually only thing that shows), click open, click apply, click ok. Should come up almost immediately. Do it all the time with Vista. Never a problem.
