How can I delete album art in iTunes?

I am currently running iTines 7.0 in a Windows XP Home environment and want to change the assigned album art to a few of the albums in my library. how can I do this?How can I delete album art in iTunes?'right click' on the song and then click get info. there should be a tab at the top that says artwork. from there you can remove, add or change artwork.
