Update album artwork manual sync?

How can I update my album artwork on my iPod that I have on manual sync. I changed some artwork in iTunes and I wan't to update the artwork that I have on my iPod with the new art.Update album artwork manual sync?if you changed it while the ipod wasnt plugged in you'll have to put the song on again. if u changed it while it was plugged in it should have automatically updated it
